I was not quite sure what to expect on a cruise. Would it be full of swinging sixities, or bad mannered children all running riot. Would I be bored, on a small ship, go stir crazy and get cabin fever. Well, actually it was rather good fun. This floating five star hotel is the bees knees. A well choosen different port every day and the attraction of a descent evening meal made this cruise great value for money.
Would I go again, yes you bet, it was a good relaxing holiday with the right mixture of sight seeing, activities and eating. The cabin was fine, not plush or the Ritz but fine. A sheer hoard of staff, kept this ship ticking along nicely and everything really was spotless. I was travelling on my own and met some interesting people at dinner. During the day, I went off and did my own thing....perfect. In fact if I did not have to pay such a wopping single supplement I would cruise more often. So...pick and interesting destination, dust off your ball gown and go for it. Have fun...I did.
