Cruise Reviews

inaugrual incompetence

Cruise Line: MSC Cruises Times cruised before: 6-10
Cruise Ship: MSC POESIA Sailed: April, 2008
Destination: Mediterranean Age: 56-65
The Poesia is a lovely ship but has extremely poor customer relations and the food is dreadful. Always cold and often too cold to eat. Other MSC ships have had good food but this ship's food is poor quality. The dinning tables are too close together sometimes the waiters cannot get around table and have to pass plates across the table to guests.
The poesia also advertises disabled cabins but doesn't always have a ramp to take wheelchairs on and off at ports and not one of its trips is suitable for hard of walking.
The ship is clean and comfy but this experience has out me off of MSC cruise ships but not off of cruising I think it's a great way to holiday.
